Fräulein Prusselise hosiery is made from organic cotton and with short transport routes in the EU.
We work with selected producers whom we know and whose factories we have visited.
Our socks are deliberately produced with the lowest possible synthetic content.
Elastane provides the necessary elasticity when used sparingly.
We even avoid using additional polyamide in the patterns.
Organic yarns are extremely comfortable to wear and require special care in return.
Therefore, it is important to pre-wash inside out before wearing for the first time.
This way, the knitted patterns become more solid and the inner yarn ends stay where they belong.
Your stockings will shrink when washed, but will also expand again as you need them to when worn.
If you are between two sizes, feel free to choose the larger one.

Les Touristes, die tollsten Muster aus Paris!
Haben wir seit einigen Jahren im Sortiment und lieben sie bei jedem neuen Muster immer mehr. Mustermix at its best und in den schönsten Farben.
Die Touristen sind natürlich schon in so einige Prusselise Team Wohnzimmer eingezogen oder als Täschchen in Handtaschen bei uns mit unterwegs.
Les Touristes schreibt über sich selbst:
Jérôme Gigot und Yann Gicquel, die Schöpfer von Les Touristes, wurden durch ihre Reisen in alle vier Himmelsrichtungen stark beeinflusst.
Les Touristes wurde 2003 im Pariser Marais-Viertel gegründet und eröffnete eine Boutique mit einer Auswahl an Objekten, die hier und anderswo ausgewählt wurden.
Seit 2006 entwirft Les Touristes eine einzigartige Textillinie mit einer Vorliebe für Farben,
fröhliche Drucke und schräge Vintage-Muster - Kollektionen, die auf einem Gesamtkonzept basieren, das Mode und Dekoration miteinander
verbindet, um den Alltag zu Hause und unterwegs aufzuhellen.
Uns ist es wichtig, Kollektionen zu entwerfen, die zeitlos sind.
Herstellung
Seit unserer Gründung arbeiten wir mit
partner Fabriken zusammen, mit denen wir eine vertrauensvolle und dauerhafte Beziehung aufgebaut haben.
Wir möchten, diese sowohl professionelle als auch freundschaftliche Beziehung aufrechterhalten, da sie auch unsere persönlichen Werte
garantiert.
Eine dieser Werkstätten befindet sich in Jaipur. Es
handelt sich um eine Familienwerkstatt, die sich auf Baumwollvoile und Drucke spezialisiert hat. Die Baumwolle stammt aus Indien und die
Drucke werden dort mit einem Rahmen hergestellt.
Wir besuchen sie in regelmäßigen Abständen.
Die andere Firma ist auf Baumwollvliese spezialisiert. Das Unternehmen befindet sich in Tamil
Nadu (Südindien). Sie verfügt über die GOTS Zertifizierung
(ethisch und ökologisch verantwortlich). Darüber hinaus sind die Stoffe nach OEKO-TEX Standard 100 zertifiziert.
